Prembar International Ltd. is a technical sales agency specialised in the supply of machinery and equipment to the confectionery industry.

Our principals include MFG Tray (USA), Pinco S.A. (Switzerland), Hansa Mixer (Germany) , DVT Vision Systems (Netherlands).

MFG Tray

Molded Fiber Glass Tray, MFG Tray manufacture Composite Plastic Starch Trays to give outstanding performance, long service life and exceptional value.
MFG will be exhibiting their new X-DTect x-ray detectable starch tray material. MFG Tray extensive experience in the replacement of wooden starch trays with plastic composite. Many of their major clients, at some of the largest jelly and gum production sites in Europe have changed completely over to plastic composite from wood, mixing both wood and plastic trays together with great success during the change-over period.

Pinco S.A.

Pinco SA is a manufacturing company making drying rooms for soft confectionery.

Established in the early 1970s designing drying rooms with innovative technical solutions quickly made the name of the company well known to jelly manufacturers in search of a way to improve the quality of their products. Pinco manufacture the right machinery for each single customer, targeted at its specific needs.

Hansa Mixer

Hansa Mixer is one of the leading providers of mixing machines and foam generators for the food and non-food industry world-wide. More than 2,000 customers in over 120 countries trust our nearly forty years of experience, our reliable quality and our comprehensive service. Of the more than 5,000 systems that we have produced in Stuhr near Bremen to date, most are still in use today.

STARCHTRAY VISION SYSTEM

LHT Consultancy and Eagle Vision collaborated to design a solution to problems caused by poorly filled starch trays. Dirty starch trays cause many stoppages and delays on a starch moulding line. LHT are proud to be the FIRST to provide an innovative, quality solution. The DTV (dirty tray vision) system is the first of their designs to be available.
